Our company principals have bought, renovated, sold, owned and/or managed thousands of real estate transactions in the last 30 years. Over the last 15+ years, our primary business model has been to acquire properties in bulk, pre REO and/or during foreclosure, renovate them to above-market conditions, and then sell the newly renovated homes to homeowners at the top of that submarket's price range under our Essence Homes brand. This formula maximizes the value to lenders and protects neighborhoods from experiencing depreciation.
RealView has created a proprietary method to acquire properties in the foreclosure process, in bulk and at deep discounts, utilizing an internally developed process for thorough analysis and tracking of all foreclosures in the Denver Metro area.
Recently, we have also developed a second business model to identify properties that are better suited as rentals, with larger appreciation opportunities, and now hold these properties in rental pools.
